MORTGAGE APPLICATION CHECKLIST
In order to complete this process we will need the following:
Employment / Source of Income - Name and address of all employers for past two years
- Current paystubs for one month
Self-Employed Borrower - Balance Sheet and year-to-date profit and loss
- Two years signed tax returns with all attachments (individuals, Corporate and Partnership)
Sources of Funds for Closing - Name, address and account numbers for all checking and savings accounts
- Latest 3 months bank statements for all accounts
- Closing statement on sale of prior home
Liabilities / Debt - Provide Account Numbers
- Monthly payments
- Approximate balance for all debt such as:
- Credit Cards
- Unsecured / Signature Loans
- Auto Loans
- Credit Union Loans
- Real Estate Loans (provide mortgage information, addresses, and current leases)
Miscellaneous Letters / Documents - Copy of Drivers License or Picture ID (FHA & VA loans)
- Copy of Social Security Card (FHA & VA loans)
- Bankruptcy Papers and Discharge
- Copy of Earnest Money Agreement
- Divorce Decrees
- Deposit for Appraisal, Credit Report, Title Search
